About

We're here so client approvals don't get lost in WhatsApp

We didn't start Postonay to be a “social media scheduling tool.” Our starting point was to take the approval traffic between agency and client out of messaging apps and into a trackable flow. Today that flow ends with publishing: approved content goes live on its own at the planned time.

Why we started

Talking to social media agencies, we kept hearing the same six stories: the client writes at midnight asking “was this approved?”; the approval gets lost among two hundred messages; nobody knows which version was approved and the old image goes live; revision requests arrive as voice notes; the client can see the agency's half-finished drafts; there is no proper process to show a new client.

None of these are a talent problem. They all come from approval being recorded as a message instead of a decision. That is exactly what Postonay changes.

What we believe

Process comes before the tool

Every screen we build answers one question: who approved what, and when? We don't add features that don't serve it.

Clients shouldn't see the agency's kitchen

Only content sent for approval shows up in the brand portal. That isn't a setting; it is how the system works.

What happens after approval is part of the job

Nobody should have to remember to post approved content by hand. Once approved, content goes live on Instagram and Facebook at the planned time, and the team hears the moment it is published or something goes wrong.

The portal carries the agency's name

Your client approves at your address, in your colors. They should see that you built the process.

How we work

We are a small team and talk directly with the agencies that use the product. Every support message reaches the whole team, and most of the roadmap comes from those messages. If something is missing or feels off, write to us; someone else is probably running into the same thing.

Postonay's own social media is managed with Postonay. We don't recommend a flow we don't use ourselves.
