How the product works, what your client can and cannot see, and the payment and subscription side. If your answer isn't here, write to us and we'll add it.

Product and process

Social media agencies, content teams and businesses that run the content process for more than one brand. What they have in common: content is prepared by a team, approved by a client or brand owner, and today that approval gets lost in messaging apps.

Yes. Once you connect the brand's Instagram and Facebook accounts, content your client approves is published automatically on the day and time you planned; Instagram posts, Reels and stories are supported. Image dimensions, video length and caption rules are checked before publishing; if there is a problem, publishing stops and your team is notified. Accounts can be connected by your agency or by your client from their own portal. TikTok support is coming soon; X, LinkedIn and YouTube have preview and planning, and you publish on those channels yourself.

An editor prepares the content and sends it to the control center. The team reviews it and either approves it or asks for changes. An admin sends reviewed content to the brand, and the client approves it or requests revisions from their own portal. Approved content lands on the calendar and, if accounts are connected, is published automatically at the planned time. Every step is recorded with who did what and when.

No. Your client only sees content that belongs to their brand and has been sent for their approval. Drafts, internal team comments and control center reviews never appear in the brand portal.

Yes, but it takes a few minutes. Your client receives an email invitation; from the link they set their name and password and enter the approval portal for their brand. No app to download and no technical setup. They are notified by email and in-app notifications about new content and updates.

Your client pins a note to the exact spot on the image and creates revision items. These items land in your team's revision list, and the team marks each one as done. The corrected content is sent back to the client, who sees the new version in the same place, along with confirmation that the agency completed the revision.

Yes. Every change to a post is kept in its version history. You can go back to earlier media files, notes and which version was approved; that is how "the old image went live" stops happening.

Instagram posts, Story and Reels; X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Your client reviews the content as close as possible to how it will look on that platform and approves accordingly. You can also choose the cover image for Reels videos yourself.

No. Postonay runs in the browser and requires no setup or credit card. After signing up you can invite your team, add your first brand and send your first post for approval the same day.

Payment, subscription and data

All features are open for 30 days and no credit card is required. When the trial ends, the dashboard locks and you are asked to choose a plan; your content, brands and team stay exactly as they are. As soon as you choose a plan, you pick up where you left off.

There are four roles: Owner and Admin run the team, brands and content statuses and send content to the brand; Editor creates and edits content and sends it to the control center; Viewer can only watch. A person's job title is free text; permissions come from the role.

Plans differ only in the number of brands, team members and media storage. The approval portal, revision flow, calendar, auto-publishing, roles and version history are available on every plan. Brand-side users (your clients) do not count toward the team member limit. If you run out of storage, you can add monthly extra storage without changing your plan.

Yes. On the Content Ideas page, or with "Get ideas" while creating a post, you get several caption suggestions based on the brand's industry, tone and keywords. Move the one you like into the post with a single tap and edit it. Suggestions are drafts; they always go through team and client approval before going live. There is a daily usage limit.

Yes. Brand users can connect or disconnect the brand's Facebook and Instagram accounts from the profile and settings page of their portal. Your agency can also set up the connection; both sides see the same account, along with who connected it. No password sharing is needed; the connection is made through Meta's own permission screen.

Payments are processed through iyzico; your card details never touch Postonay's servers. Monthly plans renew automatically every month and yearly plans every 12 months. Prices include VAT.

Yes, from the dashboard at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period; until then you keep using the plan you paid for.

No new charges are made; you keep using the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account, and you can restart at any time. If you want your data removed completely, use the Delete Account section in your account settings.

Yes. An invoice is issued for every payment using the billing details you enter at checkout; you can view and download your invoices from the subscription section of the dashboard. For corporate needs such as bank transfer or a custom contract, write to us.

All traffic flows over encrypted connections; access to content is limited by team role and by brand, and your client only sees their own brand. Details on how personal data is processed are in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
